If you are requesting an Invitation Letter for RoboCup 2015, there are two means to get it.

 

I. Online system - Recommendatory

 

II. Email

If you get any problems with the online system, you could:

2. Fill in the Information of the invitee part and Visit information of the invitee part. (You may need a pdf reader, here is an example. Please keep the pdf as a form, then we could fill the blanks.)

3. Send an email to with it as an attachment.

 

Notice:

1.Please submit your request via the mail address you provided during registration. IMPORTANT!

2.The invitation letter will be sent by email to the participants at our very earliest convenience only after your registration is COMPLETE. Please wait patiently for the payment to be complete. 

3. Please leave the Inviting unit or individual part empty, we will fill it in later.

4. Please use “Invitation Letter for RoboCup 2015 request”  as the subject.

5. If you have any problems, please send an email to  with your regisration ID.
