I.The main venue (for the major competition and symposium)

The RoboCup 2015 will be held at the Anhui International Conference & Exhibition Center in Hefei, Anhui province, China. It covers an area of 132,000sqm, of which the built-up area is 100,000sqm. The whole venue is separated by Fanhua Avenue into two Parts (Zone A and Zone B), 4 individual areas. Major and Junior competitions, as well as the Symposium will be held in Zone A, which includes Hall 1 and Hall 2, Conference Halls as well as East Plaza.

2. The major components of Conference Halls

Multi-function hall (1647sqm): with 600-1500 seats, LED facility and broadcast system, it is used for conference, dinner and entertainment.

Reporting Hall (500sqm): with 310 seats, projector facility, audio system, and broadcasting system, it is used for the rest of important guests during the event.

3. Parking Facilities

The East Plaza is used as parking slots, which covers an area of 27, 500 square meters.

Special spots have to be dedicated to those with disabilities.

Infrastructure Details

1. Internet

High-speed Internet will be provided to all participants. In team areas, each team will be supplied with a single, wired Internet access cable and Wi-Fi. Wireless access will be available for both participants and visitors（for free，the account will be authorized during the competition）. In order to reduce wireless network problems, we will provide an Internet Task Force that helps participants during setup and competition to solve problems.

2. Temperature and Air conditioning

The average temperature of Hefei in July is from 25℃ to 32℃(1℃=33.8°F). The exhibition halls and conference halls can be fully air-conditioned and ventilated if necessary.

How to get there

A shuttle line dedicated to RoboCup participants will be provided by the organization from the hotel area to the Venue. The complete list of stops will be available at the hotel.

Other transportation information, including public bus and taxi, will be provided in your accommodations.
