Supplementary Notice about ATA Carnet

Dear Participants,

    If you choose to carry the equipments to enter Chinese Customs by yourself, please refer to the following:

    1、For those players who come from nations that are included in the treaty of ATA, we suggest using the ATA carnet to enter and exit China. Only ATA carnet that is filled in Chinese or English can be accepted by Chinese Customs. The word exhibition should be filled in the column of use purpose.

    2、For those players who come from nations that are not included in the treaty of ATA or don't intend to use ATA carnet, China Customs may demand you pay a certain amount of tariff deposit if the equipment you carry is beyond the reasonable quantity of personal need. You will get back the tariff deposit at the airport of the exit port after declaring carrying out all the equipments that you have carried in to the customs(exit port and entry port should be the same).
